Notice of Annual School Election Notice is hereby given by the undersigned Clerk of Geraldine K-12 School District No. 3, Chouteau County, State of Montana that the Annual School Election will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, by mail ballot. Ballots may be returned to the following locations, at the following times: Location prior to Election Day: Geraldine K-12 Schools District Office, 238 Brewster Street, Geraldine, MT Hours: Monday-Friday- 8am-3:30pm. Electors will consider the following issue at the election: Mill levy proposition to financy the school's Technology Fund- Proposition: Shall the district be authorized to levy the sum of $75,000.00 per year for 10 years and being approximately 7.55 mills for the purpose of purchasing, renting, repairing and maintaining technological equipment, including infrastructure, platform, software, network, storage, network, storage, security, data, database, test environment curriculum, or desktop virtualization purposes, including any subscription or any license-based or pay-per-use service that is accessed over the internet or other remote network to meet the district's information technology and other needs, and the associated technical training for school district personnel?
